Wild Recipes from an Island – Rooted in Permaculture

Our recipes celebrate local ingredients — not grown in rows, but gathered from the sun‑baked hillsides, stone walls, and maquis shrubland of our regenerative garden. Using thoughtful permaculture principles, we wild‑harvest only what nature offers in abundance: rosemary, oregano, sage, immortelle, lavender, winter savory, and other Mediterranean aromatics.. We leave plenty for bees, lizards, and regeneration after summer droughts. From these wild island botanicals, we craft essential oils, macerates, creams, balms, spices, and teas. Every product carries the true taste and scent of the island: sun, salt, stone, and sustainability.
