Extra Small Batches – Wild Soul of the Island

Everything we make is handmade in extra small batches — not because it’s efficient, but because it’s the only way to preserve full potency, freshness, and artisanal integrity on our island. Our raw ingredients are wild‑sourced from the island’s maquis, dry stone terraces, and coastal slopes: wild rosemary, oregano, sage, immortelle, lavender, winter savory, and other sun‑drenched herbs. We press, infuse, distill, and blend in tiny quantities, often with our hands, watching over each batch like a small garden by the sea. Nothing is wasted. Everything is potent. And every jar, bottle, or tin carries the true signature of its origin — an island: local, seasonal, salty, and deeply alive.
